Carbon Asset Management (CAM) is an environmental project specialist with a primary focus on the origination, planning and execution of environmental plantings, soil carbon and biodiversity projects in the Australian market. CAM uses it’s deep understanding of the carbon and biodiversity markets to provide a value added service to both investors and landowners in the development of projects.

With 25 years of experience in financial reporting, taxation, and corporate advisory, Luke leads investor relations, and fiscal strategy and compliance. He combines technical expertise alongside his own background in regenerative agriculture; owning and operating his own regenerative agritourism enterprise.


Adam Welsh
Co-Founder / Chief Commercial Officer

With 25 years in M&A, debt advisory, and corporate strategy, Adam directs commercial negotiations and external partnerships. His expertise is built on an extensive background in corporate strategy, M&A advisory, debt advisory and project financing.


Lachlan Graham
Farming and Livestock Lead

A fourth-generation primary producer specialising in regenerative systems. Lachlan directs the management of land assets, integrating soil carbon, biodiversity, and renewable energy, alongside livestock and broad-acre cropping systems to achieve operational productivity and sustainable environmental outcomes.


Sam Johnston
Project and Compliance Lead

Specialist skills in registering and delivering CER carbon projects including technical GIS mapping skills.

Developed carbon credit forecast models, mapped and modelled over 50 potential farm projects Australia wide and overseen the registration of a number of CER compliant projects under separate methodologies

Ongoing research and development related to regenerative livestock grazing systems and soil carbon.
